Refund and Returns Policy

48-Hour notice of cancellation refund policy:

Must Provide 48-Hour Notice.

If for any reason you are unable to attend the class or event, we will gladly refund your purchase (based on our financial & credit card processor service providers policies). To be eligible for a refund, you must email john@emsces911.org with the subject “REFUND”. 48 hours prior to the start of class. Please provide your name, order #, and date of class.

Please allow 7-10 business days for refund.
