Yuba/Sutter area. EMSCES911 started off by just training rural fire departments in optional scope skills for their EMTs. EMSCES911 has now grown and offers many courses. In 2009, EMSCES911 has become an American Heart Association Training Site and is under the oversite of REMSA in Reno, Nevada. In 2009, we also became a ASHI Training Center. In 2012 EMSCES911 has been approved to conduct ITLS courses. EMSCES911 is a California State Emergency Medical Services Authority, Approved Continuing Education Provider, as well as California State Board of Registered Nursing Continuing Education Provider for ACLS and PALS.
